Rick Hoffman Rick Hoffman, originally from Long Island, New York, has been making a name for himself in both the feature and television worlds. Hoffman most recently starred, as a series regular, as the unforgettable character of "Freddie Sacker" on THE $TREET, and was named as one of Variety's "Ten Actors to Watch" for the year 2000. Hoffman also appeared on PROVIDENCE as 'Benji Brickman,' as well as guest stints on THE PRETENDER and ALRIGHT ALREADY. His feature credits include CONSPIRACY THEORY, A BETTER WAY TO DIE, and JOHNNY SKIDMARKS. Rick is currently about to begin production on the eagerly awaited new television series, PHILLY, from Steven Bochco (NYPD BLUE).
